Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are shipped from local warehouses in Canada. The fulfillment location is selected based on your delivery address and available inventory.
What is the warranty period for this product?
COLAMY provides a 3-year warranty for the ATLAS and ATLAS-01 chairs, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase is required. Please refer to our Warranty Information page for full terms.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, fully disassembled and securely packed with all parts. For non-faulty Canadian returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact hello@colamyhome.com before returning an item.
